I’m here to tell you that the harder way is worth it! You can heal your body one step at a time. I’m here to simplify the process and help you be the best version of yourself!

  • This service is for anyone wanting to switch to natural products, but who needs help figuring out the best options. Whether you want a whole new body care routine, a new dish soap, want to know the best deodorant options, or just need help with a few products still on your shopping list, I can help! I can do the research for you and save you all that time & energy.
  • You can use this service to dip your toes into the world of healthier living! Or take it further, and allow me to overhaul a large chunk of your household items, skincare, or whatever your heart desires.
  • You can be as specific, or as general, as you want for this service. Here are some examples:
    • “I need a new dish soap. Find me the healthiest one that’s available at Superstore so I can get it during my weekly grocery shop.”
    • “I need a non-toxic nail polish. Find me 3 options in a coral shade.”
    • “I’m wanting some healthier snacks for my kids. Can you recommend some options that I can buy at Costco?”

The Full-Service Home Detox- packages starting at $299

  • Available to residents of Calgary, Alberta & surrounding areas (Airdrie, Crossfield, Bearspaw, Chestermere).
  • Overhaul ALL of your products in just a couple of days, without you having to lift a finger! I’ll evaluate any area of your home that you desire- cleaning products, laundry products, pantry items, body care items, home decor items, etc. and find you healthier alternatives. I can even select houseplants, non-toxic candles, essential oil diffusers, new kitchen supplies, healthy dog items, etc.!
  • I’ll tackle as many areas of your home that you desire (time dependent), purchase and deliver your new items, and even take away your old items if desired. This is an opportunity for you to sit back and relax, while I do the heavy lifting for you.
  • You can be as hands-on, or hands-off, during these sessions as you want.

Are you a business owner and want your clients & staff to experience using natural products as well?

This service can even be booked for your office, vacation rental properties, or B ‘n’ B’s! I’ll evaluate the products that are needed at your business, shop for the new ones, deliver them, and set them up where they need to go. Stock the kitchen with healthy snacks and drinks, and let your guests or staff experience the benefits of aromatherapy with natural soaps, diffusers, or the addition of calming plants (yup, that’s right- I can even select houseplants for your space too!).

Here’s how it works for The Healthy Home Edit email consultations:

01. Inquire

Send me an email so we can figure out if my services are the right fit for you! I can help you determine what service level is the best fit for your needs.

02. Step Two

I will send you a quick form for you to fill out describing what you are needing from your new products. Tell me about your budget, where you like to shop, any likes and dislikes, etc.

03. Step Three

Within 3 business days, you will receive your customized product selections from me. You’ll receive a PDF document complete with images, product links, and any tips & tricks I know.

04. Step Four

Included in this service is one round of follow-up questions on your new products. Go ahead and ask me if there’s anything you’re still unsure about!

Frequently Asked Questions

The main benefit of my consultations is that you will receive suggestions that are customized just for you and your family based on your specific needs and wants. This may include some products I’ve already suggested elsewhere on my blog, or it may include new brands that are more suited to what you need. Examples of requests that someone may need include things like: an unscented product vs. a scented one, a strict budget, a product with recyclable packaging, a product with free shipping, etc. While I may not be able to accommodate all of your requests, I will certainly do my best!

Certainly! But most people do not have the energy or time to spend hours and hours looking up products and ingredients, figuring out where to buy them, deciphering the labels, reading reviews, etc. It can get very overwhelming, but I will do all of that for you! There are even many brands that practice what is called “greenwashing”, which is essentially when they make their product sound “green” and “natural”, when it actually contains harmful ingredients. Whenever possible, I recommend products that I have personally used, or have read through dozens of reviews on, so you can feel more confident that the product will work for you.

Choosing products from EWG-Verified selections is a great way to find healthier products for you and your family, however EWG doesn’t guarantee that those products will work well! Whenever possible, I recommend products that I’ve personally used and loved, although I can’t guarantee that everyone will feel the same way about them. EWG also “verifies” some product ingredients that I would rather not use, like some synthetic ingredients. This does not mean the synthetic ingredients are unsafe, but I just prefer to use natural ones whenever possible for multiple reasons, so I place a higher value on more natural ingredients. In addition, EWG is an American organization and is more focused on American products, though there are some from other countries too. I like to focus on Canadian and local products whenever possible.

I received my holistic nutrition & health coaching diploma through NutraPhoria School of Holistic Nutrition. The program is approved by the Global Association for Integrative Nutrition (GAIN, previously CAIN), which is the association that I was registered with. For this year, I decided not to renew my registration (due to the high cost), but rest assured that I am always learning and keeping up-to-date with new information in the health field. I also have a diploma in interior decorating.

The majority of bloggers and influencers I see are American, and often make suggestions for products that are only available in the US or are hard to get in Canada. Being in Canada myself, I focus on products that are easy to find here! With my background in interior design and my health coach certification, I also have knowledge and a unique perspective on how certain products impact the human body.

While I try my best to prevent this from happening, unfortunately that is a small risk of purchasing a service (any kind of service, not just the ones from me!). However, I do include 1 new product revision for each service purchased! So if there happens to be a product you really don’t like, I’ll provide you with one new recommendation at no extra charge.

Due to the extensive time commitment in researching products, I do not provide refunds. However, it is so important to me that you are happy with your purchase & benefit from the information that I provide to you, so please reach out to me if you are unhappy so I can make it right! As well, I do offer 1 new product revision for each service purchased.
